  • Flag football is a modified version of American football, emphasizing speed, agility, and teamwork while eliminating the physical contact associated with tackling. In this sport, players wear flags that are attached to belts worn around their waists. Instead of tackling, opponents aim to remove the ball carrier's flag, signaling a "tackle." The objective remains similar to traditional football, involving scoring touchdowns by advancing the ball across the opponent's goal line. Flag football is popular for its inclusivity, offering a non-contact alternative suitable for players of various ages and skill levels, making it a widely enjoyed recreational and organized sport.

  • The registration fee is split among the team, covering the cost of uniforms, necessary equipment (flags, belts), and league operational expenses. Once you are assigned to a team, your individual fee will be divided by the total number of players.

  • Games are scheduled on Saturdays and the time and locations vary. Please refer to the league schedule and the Reclub App for detailed information.

  • The regular season typically lasts 10 weeks while playoffs are an additional 2, and teams can expect to play 10 games during the season.

  • The league is co-ed, with a minimum requirement of 1 female on the field at all times.

  • No prior experience is required. The league caters to both beginners and those with varying levels of football experience.

    If you are a compete beginner, we recommend you attend our pre-season practice days for a breakdown of basic rules and play.

  • Participants need to have their own shoes, belts, and flags. Uniforms are arranged with teams once you join a roster.

  • Teams are formed based on a draft system, ensuring a balanced distribution of skill levels. However, participants can make requests to play with friends, and we'll do our best to accommodate them.

  • Yes, the season concludes with playoffs and a championship game, adding an exciting competitive element to the league.

  • Both individual players and full teams are welcome. If you join as an individual, we'll place you on a team with other individual registrants.

  • Registration can be completed online on our website. Early-bird discounts are available, and the deadline for sign-ups is March 16th.

  • YES! We organize social events and gatherings throughout the season to build a sense of community among participants and have fun!
